Tips Music announces global partnership with TikTok

Tips Music, one of India’s prominent music labels with a catalogue of over 31,000 songs, has entered into a direct partnership with TikTok to promote its extensive music library worldwide.

The agreement, covering all regions except China and India, will enable Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), expatriates, and global music enthusiasts to access Tips Music’s collection on the popular video platform.

This collaboration aligns with the growing global demand for Indian music and will provide TikTok users with seamless access to a range of tracks, including Bollywood classics and regional hits. The partnership aims to strengthen cultural connections and enhance music discovery on the platform.

Kumar Taurani, Managing Director of Tips Music Ltd, commented, “We have observed a significant increase in the international consumption of Indian music, much of which is driven by TikTok trends. This partnership with ByteDance represents a key step in broadening the reach and impact of TIPS Music on a global scale.”

He added, “TikTok’s extensive user base offers a valuable opportunity for music discovery, and this agreement reflects our commitment to adapting to new platforms and audiences. I extend my gratitude to TikTok and our CEO, Mr. Hari Nair, for facilitating this direct partnership.”
