The Hello Group signs Mumbai’s ONEmpire for global management and bookings, expanding its roster through its Sony Music JV.

The Hello Group India (THG India), the joint venture between Sony Music Entertainment India and global entertainment company The Hello Group, has signed Mumbai-based live band ONEmpire to an exclusive worldwide management and bookings agreement.

Formed in Mumbai, the six-piece band features members Zarir, Garth, Gavin, Vedansh, Ralph and Samantha. ONEmpire has built a strong presence on the live circuit, particularly in the luxury events and destination wedding market, where it has become one of the country’s most in-demand bands.

The group’s performances span several decades of English-language music, ranging from classic hits of the 1960s and 1970s to popular songs from the 1980s and 1990s, alongside contemporary global chart favourites. Known for high-energy performances and tight musicianship, the band has performed at high-profile social events across India and internationally.

Alongside its live work, ONEmpire has also begun releasing original music rooted in pop and rock influences. The band’s recorded output reflects the same large-scale energy that characterises its live shows.

A notable milestone came when ONEmpire was selected as the opening act for OneRepublic during the band’s recent Asia tour stop in Mumbai, giving the group the opportunity to perform in front of a large international concert audience.

Through its partnership with The Hello Group, ONEmpire is expected to expand its international touring footprint while also developing its original music catalogue and brand partnerships.

Speaking about the signing, ONEmpire said:

“We’ve waited a long time to find the right team to manage us and it feels like we’ve found that with The Hello Group. What stood out immediately was their confidence in their approach and their focus on putting the artist first. Taylor and I share a similar mindset when it comes to how we work and how we approach both artistry and business. Within minutes of our first meeting it felt clear that there was something different here. Both teams are excited to get started and we’re looking forward to what comes next.”

Taylor Jones, CEO of The Hello Group, added:

“ONEmpire has built a strong reputation through its stage presence and musical ability. Our focus now is to help the band expand into new areas by developing their own intellectual property and releases in a meaningful way.”

The addition of ONEmpire further expands THG India’s artist roster as the company continues to grow its management and booking operations across South Asian music.
