As an independent consultant, Meghana partners with artists, agencies, brands, and platforms to conceptualize and execute multi-format projects – spanning live IPs, digital campaigns, artist collaborations, and touring ecosystems. Her focus remains on developing sustainable creative formats that balance artistic authenticity with brand objectives.

During her 5+ year tenure at District by Zomato, Meghana spearheaded the IPs & Touring / Brand Strategy division, driving the company’s efforts to create and scale experiential and branded content across the country. Her work bridged entertainment and marketing, blending digital reach with the energy of live experiences.
She has been instrumental in designing, curating and executing tours for some of India’s most prominent and emerging artists, including Arijit Singh, Prateek Kuhad, Lucky Ali, Divine, When Chai Met Toast, Peter Cat Recording Co., Bloodywood, Kenny Sebastian, Daniel Sloss, and Kanan Gill, among many others.
Under her leadership, the platform developed and managed celebrated experiential properties such as Casa Bacardi, India Cocktail Week, Li’l Flea, Simba Uproar, Spoken Fest, Independence Rock, Jameson Connects redefining branded cultural engagement for urban audiences.
Oranjuice Entertainment (A Division of Fountainhead MKTG) – Senior Manager – Events and IPs Before her time at District, Meghana was part of Oranjuice Entertainment, where she managed end-to-end execution of high-impact consumer events, festivals, and tours. Her portfolio included iconic projects such as The Mahindra Blues Festival, Russell Peters’ Deported World Tour, The Prateek Kuhad Winter Tour 2019, The Arijit Singh Concert , Aditya Birla Group’s Aadyam, NCPA Add Art, and Celebrate Bandra.
Her approach combined strong operational grounding with creative insight — ensuring that each project delivered both artistic excellence and audience delight.
Sony Music India – A&R Consultant
After completing her MBA, Meghana joined Sony Music India as an A&R Consultant, where she contributed to flagship projects like Coke Studio and Live from the Console. Her responsibilities included identifying and nurturing new talent, with early discoveries including Divine, Arjun Kanungo, Dub Sharma, and Brodha V — artists who went on to define a new era in Indian music.

Early Career and Foundation
Meghana’s early professional journey began at Only Much Louder (OML), where she worked on content creation and copywriting, engaging directly with India’s independent music scene. During her college years, she was also actively involved with AIESEC, managing events, partnerships, and global internships — experiences that built her leadership and collaboration skills early on.
A musician herself, she explored her artistic side through advertising work, solo performances, and as a member of Voctronica, a Sony Music – managed vocal ensemble that blended innovation and artistry.
