Responsibilities:

* Maintaining and updating the social content calendar.
* Building a consistent short-form content engine across Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
* Drafting captions and publishing posts across Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
* Developing and pitching snackable social content and IP ideas.
* Preparing monthly social reports and tracking content performance.
