We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and highly organized Assistant Talent Manager with prior experience in the talent, entertainment, creator, or comedy industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the talent management ecosystem, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day coordination and communication for assigned artists and creators.
- Handle incoming business inquiries in a timely, professional, and systematic manner.
- Coordinate brand partnerships, live events, appearances, and other commercial opportunities from initiation to completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact between artists, brands, agencies, production teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee deal execution, including confirmations, contracts, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and project tracking.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, logistics, and schedules for artists as required.
- Accompany artists for shoots, events, brand engagements, and appearances when necessary.
- Ensure seamless execution of all artist commitments while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Support the strategic growth and development of artists across live entertainment, digital content, brand collaborations, and long-term career opportunities.
- Identify new opportunities that contribute to the artist’s visibility, positioning, and commercial growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent/artist management
- Prior experience working with creators, artists is preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and project management skills.
- Highly proactive and organized
