JioSaavn, an audio streaming platforms with over 100 million monthly active users, has introduced Replay 2024, offering a closer look at user listening trends and habits based on their streaming activity throughout the year.
Listeners can explore their personalized Replay 2024 highlights directly through the JioSaavn mobile app, while the platform also shared insights into national listening preferences.
According to data from the past year, Pehle Bhi Main by Raj Shekhar and Vishal Mishra from the movie ANIMAL emerged as the most-streamed song on the platform. Other chart-topping tracks included Heeriye by Jasleen Royal and Arijit Singh, Sajni by Arijit Singh and Ram Sampath from Laapataa Ladies, and O Maahi by Arijit Singh from the film Dunki.
Additional top-streamed tracks featured Aaj Ki Raat by Madhubanti from Stree 2, Hass Hass by Diljit Dosanjh, Sia, and Greg Kurstin, Husn by Anuv Jain, and Soulmate by Badshah and Arijit Singh.
The analysis also revealed the top artists of the year, with Arijit Singh, Alka Yagnik, and Pritam leading the list, followed by Udit Narayan and Shreya Ghoshal. In terms of language preferences, Hindi, Telugu, and Punjabi topped the charts, with Bhojpuri and Tamil closely following.
When it came to genres, Bollywood, Desi Indie, and Telugu film music dominated user preferences, while Devotional music and Kollywood also garnered significant popularity. Notably, Devotional music proved to be a favorite among JioSaavn podcast listeners as well.
Among playlists, India Superhits Top 50 led the way, with India Superhits Top 50 Hindi claiming the top spot, followed by Best of 90s (Hindi), India Superhits Top 50 Telugu, India Superhits Top 50 Bhojpuri, and the overall India Superhits Top 50 playlist.
Finally, trending JioTunes of the year included beloved tracks such as Ram Siya Ram, Tum Hi Ho, Mere Ghar Ram Aaye Hain, Raataan Lambiyan, and Zihaal-e-Miskin.
