In a big win for India’s rich folk music heritage, JetSynthesys’ Global Music Junction (GMJ) has announced an exclusive three-year partnership with acclaimed Rajasthani folk singer Mame Khan. The deal, signed through GMJ’s Hari Prem Films (HPF) division, promises to take Mame Khan’s soulful tunes from the dunes of Rajasthan to global digital and live stages.

The three-year deal will see GMJ’s HPF manage Khan’s digital rights, YouTube presence, and future releases, while also handling his live bookings internationally.

Khan, known for his Rajasthani folk roots and performances on Coke Studio Bharat, will continue to work with select partners, but HPF will now be his primary representative across digital, branded, and management opportunities.

The deal covers Khan’s two key live projects — the nine-member RockNRoots Project and The Folk Orchestra of Rajasthan, a large-scale ensemble featuring over 40 musicians. GMJ’s HPF will manage bookings for both, with a particular focus on taking The Folk Orchestra of Rajasthan to global stages.

“For me, folk music is about storytelling and connection,” said Mame Khan. “This partnership is about amplifying that in meaningful ways, especially in the digital era.”

Rajan Navani, Founder and CEO of JetSynthesys, said the partnership fits into GMJ’s wider goal of taking Indian music — particularly folk and vernacular sounds — to global audiences.

GMJ’s growing roster already includes mainstream artists like Sonu Nigam and Shaan, alongside regional names such as Sapna Choudhary. The company, backed by Warner Music India, continues to position itself as an artist-focused platform combining local depth with international reach.
