About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Media Head to own and evolve the digital presence of a leading singer/songwriter across all platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of culture, content, community, and data. You will be responsible for shaping how the artist shows up online — consistently, authentically, and in tune with where the internet is right now.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and run all social platforms / accounts (Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, X, emerging platforms)
- Build and execute platform-specific content strategies (not copy-paste thinking)
- Work closely with the artist and creative team to translate moments into content
- Plan release-led, tour-led, and always-on content calendars
- Track performance, audience behavior, and trends — and adapt quickly
- Manage posting, captions, timing, formats, and community engagement
- Coordinate with external partners (DSPs, labels, agencies, Creative director, designers, editors)
- Ensure the digital presence feels current, intentional, and human
Ideal Background
- Strong experience running social media for artists, creators, brands, or cultural IPs
- Deep understanding of how platforms actually work today
- Comfortable balancing intuition with analytics
- Knows trends but doesn’t chase them blindly
- Strong copy sense and visual judgment
- Experience: 2–3 years, with proven results in the digital ecosystem (growth, engagement, reach, conversion, community, or content performance).
- Location: India (Remote/Hybrid) or Delhi.
