Jr. Artist Manager – Represent

What You’ll Do
● Support the development of overall artist strategy, positioning, and creative
direction, aligned with the artist’s long-term career goals.
● Assist in conceptualizing, pitching, and executing music video concepts, ensuring
alignment with the artist’s vision, brand identity, and audience preferences.
● Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, brand partnerships, etc.) to help
execute creative campaigns.
● Contribute to the digital content strategy, including social media and video content,
to drive audience engagement and growth.
● Conduct audience and content research to identify trends and insights relevant to
the target audience.
● Assist in managing the end-to-end content development process, from ideation to
post-production, ensuring timely delivery.
● Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support timelines,
deliverables, and resource management.
● Work on special projects on an ongoing basis, as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
● 0–2 years of experience in music, content, media, or a related field (internships
included).
● Strong interest in the music industry, artist development, and digital content.
● Basic understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current
trends.
● Creative thinker with the ability to contribute ideas and translate them into
execution.
● Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with
cross-functional teams.
● A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of
tasks.
● Basic knowledge of video/content production processes is a plus.
● Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace / Microsoft Office; familiarity with
creative tools is an added advantage.
