Job Overview
Startist Management is looking for a Marketing Executive who can strategically plan and execute marketing campaigns for artists and the company brand. This role requires someone who understands music marketing, artist releases, audience engagement, and campaign management from concept to execution.
The ideal candidate will work closely with artists, PR teams, designers, digital platforms, and industry partners to deliver impactful campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and growth.
What you’ll do
Plan and run release campaigns, press rollouts, and digital pushes. Coordinate with PR, designers, and social. Track what’s working and course correct fast. Support the team on brand partnerships and label-facing decks.
What we’re looking for
2+ years in music marketing or entertainment marketing. You’ve worked on releases before and you know the rhythm of how a campaign moves. You’re organised, proactive, and you care about the details.
Bonus if you have agency experience or have worked with independent artists.
