Early Career & Music
Vibhor’s tryst with music began during his years as a student of computer engineering at IP University, Delhi. While many of his peers were preparing for corporate careers, he found himself drawn instead to the rhythms and resonance of live performance. Along with a group of like-minded friends, he co-founded Tarkash the Band, a multi-genre ensemble that seamlessly blended Sufi, classical, and contemporary influences. As the band’s keyboardist, Vibhor played a vital role in shaping its sound—a fusion that quickly found an audience across India and beyond.
Performing with Tarkash opened his eyes to the inner workings of the live entertainment industry—its creative energy as well as its operational gaps. It was on those very stages, in between soundchecks and tours, that he began to see himself not just as a performer but as someone who could build the infrastructure to support artists more effectively. That realization would soon evolve into a defining shift in his career.
Transition to Entrepreneurship
After several years of performing, Vibhor’s entrepreneurial instinct took centre stage. Drawing from his firsthand experience as an artist, he identified the need for a management ecosystem that understood musicians’ aspirations and challenges from the inside out. In 2016, he founded Yours Eventfully, a boutique agency that would grow into a multi-dimensional artist management and events powerhouse.
The early days were marked by small shows, personal hustling, and a hands-on approach to every detail—from logistics and programming to branding and artist relations. Over time, the company scaled into a full-fledged operation curating live concerts, corporate events, and large-scale tours across India and internationally. Vibhor’s engineering background added a structural and analytical edge to his leadership, while his roots as a performer ensured that empathy and creativity remained at the heart of every decision.
