We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our organization’s social media presence and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, a knack for creating engaging content, and a strategic mindset to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing social media campaigns to effectively connect with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:

➔ Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the Homegrown’s marketing goals and brand identity.

➔ Identify target audiences and create content that resonates with each segment.

Content Creation and Scheduling:

➔ Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

➔ Plan and schedule posts, considering optimal timing and frequency to maximize reach and engagement.

Community Engagement:

➔ Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and appropriately.

➔ Foster meaningful interactions with followers, building a strong online community around the brand.

Campaign Management:

➔ Conceptualize, plan, and execute social media campaigns and promotions to support product launches, events, and brand initiatives.

➔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are consistent across all channels.

Analytics and Reporting:

➔ Monitor social media analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and click-through rates.

➔ Analyze data to derive actionable insights and refine social media strategies accordingly.

Social Media Advertising:

➔ Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the company’s website or landing pages.

➔ Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve desired outcomes.

➔ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media marketing.

➔ Identify and recommend opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Collaboration and Leadership:

➔ Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content.

➔ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the social media team (if applicable).

Qualifications:

➔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

➔ Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.

➔ In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.

➔ Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

➔ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.

➔ Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

➔ Strategic mindset and the ability to translate business goals into effective social media strategies.

➔ Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.

➔ Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

➔ Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
