About the Role: Senior Product Manager, UGC

Pocket FM, a leading audio entertainment platform, is seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to own and drive the creator experience and retention strategy. This high-impact role focuses on building and optimizing products for our User-Generated Content (UGC) ecosystem within the creator economy. Based in Bengaluru, you will partner with cross-functional teams to ship features that directly impact creator retention, user growth, and company revenue.

What you’ll own?

• Own and drive the strategy and roadmap for creators experience & retention on the platform for your charter
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, business & analytics to ship high-quality, impactful product features
• Use data and user insights to inform prioritization and continuously iterate on product experiences
• Effectively communicate complex ideas, fostering alignment among leadership and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with various product teams to develop solutions to shared challenges across multiple product lines
• Ensure the pod delivers measurable impact on creator retention, user growth and revenue for the company

What we’re looking for?

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C. Previous experience in working on creator facing products is a plus
• Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving, skilled at converting data insights into
• Growth mindset with a passion for experimentation, A/B testing, user empathy and rapid iteration
