The Role :
Represent is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Artist Manager to oversee artist development and career growth. Reporting directly to the Founder, this leadership role requires someone who can drive long-term artist strategy, manage commercial opportunities, and coordinate execution across multiple business verticals.
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the music industry and artist ecosystem.
What You’ll Own :
*Develop and execute artist growth, release, and audience-building strategies.
*Lead decision-making across music, content, live, merch, and partnerships.
*Build and scale fan-community engagement initiatives and loyalty programs.
*Drive commercial opportunities, collaborations, and revenue growth.
*Manage cross-functional teams, agencies, and external stakeholders.
*Create clarity and action plans even when information is incomplete or evolving.
What We’re Looking For:
*6 – 8 years of experience in artist management, music, entertainment, creator economy, or talent-led brands.
*Strong strategic planning and business decision-making capabilities.
*Proven ability to build and scale audiences, communities, and commercial ecosystems.
*Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and execution excellence.
*Comfortable operating in ambiguity and defining the roadmap, not just following one.
