We’re a music rights and technology company with 30,000+ tracks, distribution tech, royalty analytics, publishing, and artist services. We’re growing fast, and we need someone who wakes up with a fire in the belly.
This role is for the person who:
→ Knows the indie music ecosystem cold
→ Can walk into a label/Artist meeting and walk out with a deal
→ Has opinions on why artists are underserved and knows how to fix it
→ Treats rejection as feedback, not a full stop
→ Doesn’t wait to be told what to do
What you’ll actually do:
— Sign artists and labels onto the Madverse platform
— Build and close B2B partnerships with music companies, aggregators, and platforms
— Own your pipeline end to end from outreach to onboarding
What we’re looking for:
— 1–4 years in music, media, or B2B sales
— Strong network in the Indian music industry is a serious plus
— Comfortable with ambiguity, fast cycles, and zero hand-holding
— Someone who takes the mission personally
