Teasy Digital is hiring a Sales & Closure Executive | A&R (Music Services) to drive artist acquisition, music distribution sales, and client onboarding. This role is ideal for professionals who can build relationships with artists, labels, and creators while converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales activities for music distribution and artist services
• Pitch Teasy Digital’s music distribution, marketing, and artist growth solutions
• Convert leads into clients and oversee the onboarding process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, labels, managers, and creators
• Identify upselling opportunities and drive additional revenue streams
• Collaborate closely with marketing, artist management, and operations teams
• Develop customized solutions based on client needs and career goals
• Track sales performance, pipeline activities, and conversion metrics
• Stay updated on music industry trends, distribution services, and artist development opportunities

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, A&R, client servicing, or account management
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
• Understanding of music distribution, artist services, or digital media solutions
• Experience in the music, entertainment, media, or digital services industry is preferred
• Ability to build long-term relationships with artists and industry stakeholders
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
