Role Overview
You will work closely on shaping artist journeys -from release cycles to live strategy – with a focus on long-term career building, not short-term noise.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing music releases (singles, EPs, albums)
- Coordinate with labels, distributors, and platform teams
- Support creative direction, rollouts, and storytelling
- Track timelines and ensure smooth execution across projects
- Identify opportunities across live, digital, and brand spaces
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in music/entertainment
- Strong understanding of music culture and current landscape
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Independent thinking with a willingness to learn
- Someone who understands that building takes time
