Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position located in Maharashtra, India. In this role, you will identify potential clients, build relationships, and promote the academy’s courses and offerings. Your daily responsibilities will include managing inquiries, conducting follow-ups, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the team to devise strategies for customer acquisition and engagement. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide timely reports to the management.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, with the ability to proactively engage with potential clients
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build and nurture customer relationships
- Customer Service experience to understand and address client needs effectively
- Basic Digital Skills and proficiency in CRM tools and platforms
- Problem-solving ability and strategic thinking to overcome sales challenges
- Prior experience or interest in the music or education industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required; additional regional language proficiency is an advantage
