Teasy Digital is hiring an Artist Management & Business Development Executive to support artist growth, strategic partnerships, revenue generation, and career development. This role is ideal for professionals who understand both the creative and commercial sides of the music industry and can help artists build sustainable careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage artist relationships and support long-term career growth strategies
• Identify opportunities for collaborations, music releases, brand partnerships, and audience expansion
• Build and maintain relationships with artists, labels, streaming platforms, creators, agencies, and industry stakeholders
• Drive revenue growth through brand endorsements, live performances, sync licensing opportunities, and commercial partnerships
• Develop strategic plans for artist positioning, branding, and market presence
• Coordinate artist campaigns and business initiatives across multiple platforms
• Research emerging industry trends and identify new growth opportunities
• Negotiate and facilitate partnerships that align with artist goals and business objectives
• Oversee multiple artist projects while ensuring seamless execution and communication

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in artist management, talent management, business development, or music industry roles
• Strong network within the music, entertainment, media, or creator ecosystem
• Understanding of music marketing, artist branding, partnerships, and revenue models
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance creative vision and business goals
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Proactive, resourceful, and highly organized approach to work
• Passion for music, artists, and the evolving entertainment landscape
