HYBE India has detailed the next phase of its ongoing audition programme, announcing a 15-city tour alongside a series of pop-up activations aimed at engaging young talent.

Scheduled between May and July 2026, the in-person auditions will begin in Guwahati on May 3, followed by stops in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru through the month. The tour will also extend internationally, with dates in Toronto, New York, Singapore, Sydney and London, before returning to Indian cities including Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata and Chandigarh.

The auditions will be assessed by a panel comprising HYBE’s global talent development team alongside Indian entertainment professionals. The focus, the company says, is on identifying artists who can represent India on a global stage, with emphasis placed on raw ability, artistic identity and long-term potential rather than surface-level polish.

Participants can pre-book slots via BookMyShow, while walk-in registrations will also be available at venues on a first-come basis.

Running parallel to the auditions are the Pop-up Parks, set to take place across Guwahati, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Delhi. Positioned as open-access spaces, these activations are designed to bring young audiences closer to music and performance, regardless of whether they are auditioning. The events will feature brand-led booths, interactive experiences and, in select cities, live stage performances.

“At the heart of the HYBE INDIA Audition is a belief that India’s teens and young adults deserve a meaningful, world-class platform for their ambitions—and the Pop-up Parks are designed to bring that spirit to life.”

The programme is supported by brand partnerships including Samsung, H&M, Nongshim Shin Ramyun and Shoppers Stop, with Snapchat and BookMyShow joining as media and ticketing partners.

The HYBE India audition is open to female participants born between 2005 and 2011, across India and the global diaspora. Applicants will be evaluated across performance categories as part of the company’s wider plan to develop a new girl group positioned for international audiences.
