Manager, Social Media Marketing – EYP Creations

Job Description:

• Develop and own the overall social media strategy for EYP’s in-house brands, IPs, artists and digital properties.
• Build monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with business objectives, campaigns, releases, events and entertainment trends.
• Take end-to-end ownership of social media growth, engagement, reach and audience development across platforms.
• Identify and leverage real-time trends, viral formats, memes, conversations and cultural moments to increase organic reach. Lead the ideation and execution of high-engagement content formats, including Reels, Shorts, memes, carousels, stories, interactive content and community-led formats.
• Work closely with Content Marketing, Artist Management, Content Distribution, Brand Solutions and Creative teams to create integrated campaigns.
• Create social media strategies for new IP launches, including pre-launch, launch and post-launch phases.
• Develop strategies to increase followers, views, watch time, engagement, shares, saves and overall audience retention.
• Monitor competitors, artists, labels, entertainment pages and emerging creators to identify new content opportunities and industry benchmarks.
• Analyse platform analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, highlighting key insights, learnings and action points.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors to ensure timely delivery of social assets.
• Have a strong understanding of YouTube growth, channel optimization, SEO, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, playlists and retention metrics.
• Ensure proper optimization of Google Business Profile (GMB), SEO and discoverability wherever applicable.
• Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X algorithm/content changes.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity and communication across all EYP-owned properties.
• Present monthly performance reviews and strategic recommendations to management.
