About the Role: We’re looking for an Ads Associate to help manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta & Google Ads.
What You’ll Do :
Set up and manage ad campaigns Monitor CTR, CPC, ROAS & conversions Analyse campaign performance and optimise Test audiences, creatives & ad copies.
Prepare performance reports Stay updated with digital advertising trends What We’re Looking For 0–1 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing Music industry/event ticketing would be preferred Basic knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads Comfortable with numbers and data Analytical, detail-oriented & eager to learn Internship/project experience in paid ads is a plus.
