Warner Music India signs Amruta Fadnavis for exclusive representation

Warner Music India has signed singer Amruta Fadnavis to an exclusive representation deal that will see the label manage her commercial and creative activities, including global touring, brand endorsements, strategic partnerships and future music releases.

As part of the agreement, Warner Music India will oversee the release and distribution of Fadnavis’ upcoming independent music, while also managing her profile, live performances and brand collaborations.

A classically trained vocalist, Fadnavis has released a range of devotional and independent songs in recent years. Beyond music, she is also known for her work in social advocacy, particularly in the areas of women’s empowerment, financial literacy and child welfare. Prior to her public career, she spent over two decades in the banking sector.

The partnership expands Warner Music India’s artist representation business, with the label increasingly offering services that extend beyond recorded music to include touring, brand partnerships and broader career management.

Commenting on the announcement, Amruta Fadnavis said, “Music is food for my soul, and it is a privilege to collaborate with Warner Music India. This partnership gives me a great opportunity to grow, find new collaborations, and connect with audiences everywhere on a bigger scale.”

Jay Mehta, Managing Director, Warner Music India & SAARC, added, “We are very happy to welcome Amruta Fadnavis to the Warner Music India family. Amruta is a very talented and versatile personality. This partnership will see us supporting her in everything from brand partnerships and live shows all the way to her independent music releases.”

The announcement builds on the existing relationship between the two, following Warner Music India’s release and distribution of Fadnavis’ single Saawan in 2024.
