Hiring: Sales Agent | Corporate & Private Shows

We’re looking for a high-performing BD Manager (Live Show Sales) to drive revenue for our Go Louder vertical!
In this role, you’ll own end-to-end sales for high-end event talent bookings-pitching creative solutions to major corporate clients, closing deals, and managing project margins.
What You’ll Do:
Drive Revenue: Prospect, pitch, and close high-value talent deals for corporate & live events.
Consultative Selling: Recommend custom talent options across music, comedy, and entertainment.
Deal Structuring: Manage pricing, project P&Ls, and deal margins for maximum profitability.
Account Management: Build strong relationships across corporate clients, agencies, and artist management.
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years in B2B sales/BD within live events, media, or entertainment agencies.
An active network of corporate event planners, agencies, and talent managers.
Deep pop culture knowledge and strong commercial acumen (P&Ls, margins, negotiation).
