Location: Mumbai (Oshiwara) | Work from Office – 5 days a week (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM)
Team size: You’ll work closely with a 2-member core music partnerships team + collaborate with Sales, Product, Tech & Marketing

We are looking for someone who can help artists and labels unlock more opportunities through Hoopr.
You’ll sit right in the middle of music, creators, brands, and technology, building relationships with artists, labels, and music partners while helping their songs find new audiences.
Immediate joining preferred.
Who We DON’T Need
We don’t need someone with a fancy music degree or someone who just “loves music” and thinks this means attending gigs, meeting artists, and discovering songs all day.
We also don’t need someone who only wants to strategize but gets bored when it’s time to update trackers, follow up 5 times, solve operational issues, or chase pending details.
Who We DO Need
We need someone who:
- Can build genuine relationships with artists, labels, and partners, not just send transactional emails.
- Can explain how Hoopr works to a new artist as simply as explaining it to a 5 year old.
- Loves music but also understands that the music business runs on contracts, data, timelines, and follow-ups.
- Can patiently handle a frustrated partner and still find a solution.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Reach out to 10 new artists/labels every week and build meaningful partnerships.
- Stay connected with 8–12 existing partners every month to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Manage onboarding – agreements, catalog details, internal coordination, and getting music live.
- Work with Sales & Marketing teams to create more opportunities for partner catalogs.
- Mapping the market share of the trending songs captured on our platform
- Track catalog performance and identify songs/artists that deserve a bigger push.
- Yes, you’ll also maintain trackers, update sheets, follow up on missing information, and handle the boring-but-important details.
The Deal-Breakers
- You need 4–5 years of experience across music labels, artist management, creator partnerships, media, SaaS, entertainment, or partnership-led businesses.
- You must be comfortable working from our Mumbai office, Monday–Friday.
- You should take ownership. “Nobody reminded me” is not an acceptable reason here.
