Job Overview

Startist Management is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead digital storytelling and audience growth for both the company and its roster of artists. This role goes beyond content publishing and focuses on developing social strategies, building artist brands, creating engaging content plans, and understanding what resonates with music audiences in India.

The ideal candidate is passionate about music culture, understands social media trends, and knows how to balance creativity with performance-driven marketing.

What you’ll do

Run social media for Startist Management and support artist pages across Instagram, YouTube, and wherever else it matters. Build content calendars, write copy, brief designers, track performance. Stay on top of trends without chasing every one of them.

What we’re looking for

2+ years in social media, ideally in music, entertainment, or culture. You have a point of view on what good content looks like and you can back it up. You understand the difference between going viral and building something.

Comfortable with Reels, comfortable with data, comfortable in a fast moving setup.
