Job Overview

Nikamma is looking for a creative and music-obsessed Talent Management Intern who has a genuine passion for discovering independent artists before they become mainstream. This remote internship is ideal for someone deeply connected to indie music culture, artist discovery, playlist curation, and emerging music trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and research emerging indie artists across genres.
• Support talent scouting and artist development initiatives.
• Monitor music trends and identify promising new talent.
• Assist with artist management and relationship-building activities.
• Curate playlists and contribute to music discovery projects.
• Provide insights on independent music communities and trends.
• Collaborate with the team on artist-focused campaigns and initiatives.
