Key Responsibilities

Artist Support & Coordination

• Assist with day-to-day artist management activities.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project timelines.
• Support communication between artists, brands, agencies, and partners.

Project Execution

• Help manage music releases, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist with live events, performances, and special projects.

Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with artists and industry partners.
• Support partnership opportunities and brand collaborations.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and project updates.

Administrative Support

• Maintain project trackers and documentation.
• Assist with reporting, presentations, and operational workflows.
• Support artist-related logistics when required.

Requirements
