Times Music Spiritual will launch Divya Darshan, a 10-part documentary series exploring ten Shaktipeeths in Himachal Pradesh, on 12 October 2026. The series focuses on the history, traditions and lesser-known stories associated with the state’s Devi temples.
The anchor-led series features conversations with priests, local historians and researchers, examining the cultural and spiritual significance of these sites. It has been developed with guidance from Mukesh Agnihotri, Deputy Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, and support from the state government’s Cultural Ministry, which provided access and historical knowledge.
Agnihotri said the state’s ancient temples and traditions are central to its cultural heritage, adding that the series could help bring these destinations to a wider audience and support spiritual tourism.
Mandar Thakur, CEO of Times Music, said the project aims to document the history and traditions associated with India’s temples through long-form storytelling.
Divya Darshan will be available on the Times Music Spiritual YouTube channel from 12 October.
The series adds to Times Music Spiritual’s long-form video content, using digital platforms to document religious heritage. It also connects music-led spiritual content with cultural storytelling and tourism.
