About the Role

HYBE India is looking for a Visual Creative Manager to lead the visual identity and branding of artists and campaigns. This role plays a critical part in shaping how music, artists, and content are visually experienced by audiences.

You will manage end-to-end creative production, from conceptualization to execution, collaborating with designers, photographers, directors, and stylists to deliver high-impact visuals across albums, campaigns, and music videos.

Job ​Purpose

The Visual ​Creative Manager manages the ​visual ​branding for ​all campaigns conducted ​by HYBE ​India. ​You will ​establish ​project ​plans based on ​creative ​concepts and requirements, ​manage ​timelines, ​budgets, and risks, ​and coordinate ​closely ​with internal ​teams and ​external ​creative partners.

You will ​also help ​identify and manage designers, photographers, directors, and styling artists who contribute to high-quality visual work, while fostering an environment where the team can continuously enhance its creative capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse creative professionals and contribute to building strong artist visual identities within HYBE India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze artist/project concepts and requirements to develop executable creative project plans
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, workflows, and risks
  • Assign appropriate resources for each project phase based on project scope
  • Report progress to leadership and share updates with relevant internal teams in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and manage work scope with internal teams and external creative vendors
  • Plan and produce album visual content, including album covers and music videos
  • Build and refine design and brand identity concepts for artists and albums
  • Establish the overall visual styling direction based on the project concept
  • Build and maintain a design asset management system
  • Manage VC team projects and support team members’ growth
  • Create styling guides and implement styling concepts
Requirements
  • 5–6 years of experience in visual design, styling direction, or creative production
  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Fashion, Fine Arts, or related fields
  • Experience in commercial creative environments (entertainment, fashion, advertising, branding, content production, etc.)
  • Proven experience planning, executing, and completing projects with internal stakeholders and external creative partners
  • Ability to translate ideas and concepts into trend-relevant visual outputs
  • Strong sense of originality and creativity in styling and design
  • Work experience in the music, entertainment, fashion, or related industries
  • Experience leading or supervising team members or creative contributors
  • Ability to submit a portfolio showcasing relevant work
  • Business-level fluency in English (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing end-to-end creative production for content or album projects
  • Background in advertising agencies, design studios, fashion magazines, or similar creative environments
