This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in event production, technical planning, vendor management, and live show execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical production for live events and experiential projects
• Lead pre-production planning and on-ground event execution
• Read, interpret, and implement technical drawings, layouts, and production plans
• Coordinate with vendors, production partners, and technical crews
• Oversee stage setup, rehearsals, show flow, and event dismantling
• Ensure all technical requirements are delivered according to project specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during live events
• Maintain seamless communication between production teams and stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines and ensure successful event delivery

Requirements

• Experience in technical production, live events, concerts, or festival operations
• Strong understanding of event production workflows and technical systems
• Ability to read technical drawings and production layouts
• Experience managing vendors, suppliers, and technical crews
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
