Leading the Pack: Mentor, motivate, and champion a talented team of talent managers.
Artist Whisperer: Build deep, trusting relationships with our creators and handle high-stakes negotiations like a boss.
Securing the Bag: Drive revenue targets, maximize monetization opportunities, and crush team KPIs.
Data Wizardry: Dive deep into Excel (pivots, dashboards, and formulas are your best friends) to track growth trends and present sharp, data-driven insights to senior leadership.

You have a proven track record of leading teams and hitting revenue goals.
