This leadership role is ideal for professionals with 5–6 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships who are passionate about building creator careers, driving business growth, and leading high-performing teams.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the Pack: Mentor, motivate, and champion a talented team of talent managers.
Artist Whisperer: Build deep, trusting relationships with our creators and handle high-stakes negotiations like a boss.
Securing the Bag: Drive revenue targets, maximize monetization opportunities, and crush team KPIs.
Data Wizardry: Dive deep into Excel (pivots, dashboards, and formulas are your best friends) to track growth trends and present sharp, data-driven insights to senior leadership.
