•Create holistic (online/offline) campaigns aligned with budget and timelines.
•Develop communication and digital strategies, including influencer and paid media plans.
•Lead or support creative pitches to win client buy-in.
•Define the roadmap and oversee project scope alongside technical and design teams.
•Serve as the primary client contact and manage third-party vendor partnerships.
