Production Manager – Gently Altered

Key Responsibilities:
•Assist the production team in planning and executing experiential marketing projects and live events.
•Coordinate with vendors across fabrication, technical production, logistics and other event requirements.
•Support the preparation of project estimates, budgets and cost trackers.
•Prepare and maintain project P&Ls and reconciliation sheets.
•Work closely with internal teams across client servicing design and programming to ensure seamless execution.
•Assist in managing on-ground event setup, show operations and dismantling.
•Help ensure project timelines, quality standards and deliverables are met.
