What You Will Do
- Build the label’s marketing ecosystem from scratch — YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, and more — shaping the brand’s voice and visual identity.
- Create and manage content calendars for releases, campaigns, and artist storytelling.
- Ideate, shoot, and produce artist-led content (reels, shorts, BTS, performance clips, narratives).
- Drive organic and paid growth strategies to expand reach and deepen engagement.
- Work with artists on collaborations, content swaps, and cross-pollination opportunities.
- Lead digital PR, influencer marketing, and creator partnerships to boost visibility.
- Build and manage fan communities across Discord, WhatsApp, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
- Bring cultural insights, trends, and youth-driven ideas into campaigns.
- Track performance metrics and optimise content continuously.
- Collaborate with A&R, Creative, and Distribution teams on cohesive release plans.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years experience in music marketing, digital strategy, or artist/content roles.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and new-gen audience behaviour.
- Ability to ideate, shoot, edit, and execute content independently.
- Someone who enjoys working closely with artists and shaping their stories.
- Strategic thinker comfortable working with both big and lean budgets.
- Excellent communication and multi-stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s + Master’s degree in Marketing (or equivalent).
- Bonus: Experience with short-form tools, basic editing, analytics, or community building.
