- Assist in planning and organizing live shows across Music & Comedy genre.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with artists, vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to make sure everyone is aligned.
- Support contract negotiations with suppliers and service providers.
- Help oversee event production logistics, including technical setup and on-site management.
- Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and other stakeholders about project progress.
- Identify and solve problems quickly to avoid delays or issues during events.
- Maintain clear records of budgets, contracts, and project updates.
- Ensure all events comply with safety and legal requirements.
Your Checklist
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event management, entertainment, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience working on live shows & entertainment
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets and coordinating multiple teams.
- Comfortable working under pressure and handling last-minute changes.
- Basic knowledge of event production and technical requirements is perferable.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Excel, scheduling software).
