### About the role

We’re looking for a relationship-focused, proactive Junior Artiste/Talent Manager to support and grow artistes’ careers. You’ll coordinate bookings and day-to-day requirements, identify commercial opportunities, and help turn each artiste’s goals into a practical career plan.

### Key responsibilities

– Build strong relationships with artistes and understand their vision, working style, and goals.
– Identify opportunities across live shows, brand partnerships, commissioned projects, and other revenue streams.
– Coordinate deal discussions, bookings, contracts, legal formalities, and internal approvals.
– Manage artiste communications, meetings, shoots, events, travel, and production logistics.
– Support career planning and execute strategies aligned with each artiste’s goals.
– Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
– Share regular updates on artiste activities and progress with business heads.
– Handle confidential information with discretion.

### Requirements

– At least 2 years of relevant experience in artiste or talent management.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
– Knowledge of entertainment industry trends, current affairs, and the Indian entertainment landscape.
– Strong relationship-building, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
– A proactive, commercially minded approach.
– Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when required.

Experience in social media, data management, competition analysis, or market mapping is an advantage.
