Launch Your Creative Career: Graphic Design Internship at Homegrown
As part of a dynamic team, the role requires using your experience with print and digital media to execute marketing, social, and design campaigns across various online and offline channels. You will be expected to seamlessly convert written and spoken ideas into engaging visuals and content.
Key responsibilities include:
● Visual Conceptualisation & Production: Develop appropriate creative directions and concepts for campaigns. Conceptualise and produce content for diverse platforms including web pages, social media, festival branding, packaging, and advertisements.
● Campaign & Social Identity: Build cohesive campaign, festival, and social identities with a strong understanding of print and production requirements.
● Creative Collaboration: Collaborate closely across editorial and marketing teams to execute strategy with innovative creative solutions.
● Agency Support: Engage in referencing, preparing pitches, and deck development.
● Adaptation & Best Practices: Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.
Required Proficiencies:
● Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Creative Suite programs.
● Strong balance of identity, typography, and layout skills.
● Understanding of various online social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, & the Web) and offline content (festival branding & advertising).
Bonus Skills (A PLUS): Relevant agency experience, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, and/or 3D experience.
