BookMyShow is hiring an Executive, Commercial – Live Entertainment in Mumbai. The role involves supporting commercial deal execution, managing monthly P&L activities, coordinating with Finance, Legal and Business teams, and handling Purchase Orders and invoice reconciliation.
The position is suited for candidates with experience in commercial finance, accounting, financial reconciliation and Excel, along with strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
Your Profile
- Assist in commercial deal execution, including reviewing financial terms and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage monthly P&L, including reconciliations, accruals, and variance tracking.
- Coordinate effectively between Finance, Legal, and Business teams for timely closure of commercial activities.
- Manage, track, and reconcile Purchase Orders (POs) with invoices and financial records.
Your Checklist
- B.Com / M.Com preferred, with a strong understanding of accounting, finance, and commercial processes.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in commercial finance, accounting
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and Excel skills, with good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments
