Saregama India Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Event Management Intern to support the planning and execution of live events, artist engagements, and entertainment projects. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates passionate about event management, live entertainment, artist coordination, music events, and production operations.

As an Event Management Intern, you will work closely with internal departments, vendors, artists, and production teams while gaining hands-on experience in organizing large-scale events for one of India’s most iconic music and entertainment companies.

• Assist in planning and organizing upcoming projects and events.
• Managing crew logistics & hospitality
• Coordinating with vendors, artists & internal teams (Accounts/Legal)
• Maintaining vendor/venue database across India
• Research & sourcing for event requirements
• Administrative coordination, trackers, organising recces & meetings
• On-ground support during live events
• Coordination, communication, excel knowledge and flexible to travel/work during events and weekends
