About the Role :
We’re looking for an Artist Manager (Music) to manage our in-house artist end-to-end from day-to-day coordination and opportunities to music releases, campaigns, collaborations, and overall career growth. You’ll work closely with the artist, brands, labels, agencies, creators, and internal teams to ensure projects and opportunities are executed smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the artist and handle end-to-end artist requirements
* Coordinate with artists, labels, brands, agencies, and other stakeholders
* Identify and develop brand, collaboration, performance, and campaign opportunities
* Plan and coordinate music releases, campaigns, shoots, events, and appearances
* Handle negotiations, commercial discussions, timelines, and deliverables
* Manage artist schedules, meetings, travel, and day-to-day coordination
* Build and maintain strong relationships within the music and entertainment industry
* Work with internal teams on content, marketing, social media, and campaigns
* Track projects and ensure timely execution
* Support the artist’s brand positioning and long-term career growth
Requirements :
*1–2 years of experience in artist management, talent management, music, entertainment, or a related field
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent coordination and relationship-building abilities
* Good understanding of the music and entertainment industry
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to travel when required
