HYBE India is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and licensing opportunities across India and global markets. This role is central to expanding HYBE’s intellectual property (IP) footprint, enabling localization, monetization, and long-term growth.

You will work at the intersection of music, media, brands, and technology—building partnerships that amplify HYBE’s presence across entertainment, digital platforms, and consumer ecosystems.

Job ​Purpose

To identify, ​negotiate, and secure strategic ​partnerships ​and monetization ​opportunities in India ​and beyond, ​enabling ​HYBE IP ​localization, ​market ​penetration, and sustainable ​growth.

Key ​Responsibilities
  • Identify and build ​partnerships ​with ​top-tier Indian and ​global media ​platforms, ​OTTs, agencies, ​and consumer ​brands
  • Develop ​proposals for co-produced ​auditions, debut ​projects, and branded content collaborations
  • Lead business development with partners like BMS, Hyundai, telecoms, and FMCG players
  • Build licensing pipelines for HYBE IPs (music, characters, events) across entertainment and consumer segments
  • Evaluate new business models including e-commerce, memberships, fan tech, and AI applications
  • Coordinate legal negotiations with HQ Legal team and external counsels
  • Draft and manage MoUs, NDAs, and key commercial contracts
  • Track partnership KPIs and manage revenue forecast pipelines
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in business development, media partnerships, brand licensing, or entertainment IP management
  • Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder deals across media/tech/consumer sectors
  • Strong contract structuring and negotiation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management across Korean HQ and Indian partners
  • Deep knowledge of India’s media and entertainment ecosystem
  • Business-level fluency in English; Korean proficiency is a plus
