Job ​Purpose

The Performance ​Manager leads the planning ​and ​development of ​performance content that ​best expresses ​our ​artists’ music ​and ​artistic ​identity. You will ​create ​performance concepts that ​align ​with ​each artist’s musical ​direction and ​project ​vision, and ​work closely ​with ​internal and external ​partners to ​bring these ideas to life.

By collaborating with experienced creative professionals who value originality and high-quality execution, you will contribute to producing performances that connect emotionally with audiences while continuing to grow as a creative leader in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop performance concepts aligned with each artist’s song, album, and creative direction
  • Guide artists to enhance their performance interpretation, expression, and stage presence
  • Provide performance direction and training for trainees
  • Manage and utilize a pool of dancers and performance-related talent
  • Offer creative direction for choreography, styling, lighting, stage props, and set elements
  • Oversee performance-related operations for concerts, broadcast stages, live content, and music videos
  • Maintain consistent performance quality and ensure smooth coordination across all production environments
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in performance direction, choreography, or related creative roles
  • Strong ability to conceptualize and structure performance pieces that reflect musical identity
  • Experience creating choreography or stage performances that highlight a song’s character
  • Deep passion for performance, dance, and music
  • High standards for artistic quality and attention to detail
  • Ability to provide training across a range of dance styles
  • Ability to submit a portfolio (minimum three performance/choreography videos)
  • Eligible for international travel without visa restrictions
  • Business-level fluency in English (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience directing performances for major domestic or global stages
  • Ability to manage performance-related budgets and administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in music or video editing software
  • Ability to create or execute choreography across multiple dance genres
