Job Summary
Single line responsibility for driving sync licensing / music placements across brands, advertisers, production houses and media platforms to generate sync licensing revenue. The role involves identifying opportunities, crafting music proposals, negotiating terms, and working with internal teams to ensure seamless deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sync licensing sales to grow music catalogue revenue.
- Pitch new releases and catalogue tracks to brands, creative agencies and production houses for advertising and branded content campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand marketing teams, music supervisors, creative agencies and producers to drive music placements.
- Negotiate sync licensing terms, oversee rights clearance and manage deal execution and financial administration.
- Lead creative pitches, offering suitable music options aligned with client briefs and budgets.
- Understand contracts and related documentation to ensure deals are executed accurately and on time with support from the legal team.
- Monitor trends in advertising and branded content to identify new sync opportunities.
- Represent the catalogue at industry events and showcases to increase visibility with brand stakeholders.
- Provide regular reporting on sync activity, deal performance and pipeline to internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in music sync licensing sales preferred.
- Proven experience pitching music for advertising or branded content and creating pitch decks.
- Understanding of music copyright and clearance processes preferred.
- Strong negotiation, deal execution skills and client servicing skills.
- Existing network or ability to build relationships with brands, agencies and production houses.
- Awareness of advertising and digital media trends.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
