We’re looking for a Social Media Intern to join Homegrown and support the day-to-day running of our social platforms.
If you spend a lot of time online, have a good eye for culture and visual storytelling, and are curious about music, fashion, art, design, film and contemporary youth culture, we’d love to hear from you.

Platforms:
Homegrown: our flagship cultural platform and voice.
Homegrown Voices: the social-first extension of our editorial publishing platform (homegrown.co.in) built to discover and platform the artists, creatives, voices and stories emerging from Homegrown’s wider editorial ecosystem
Homegrown Music: our music label and platform for emerging sounds, artists, releases and music culture.
Homegrown Events: platforming all our experientals events and IPs
Each platform should have its own voice and content strategy while aligning as part of the Homegrown ecosystem..
Your key responsibilities:
- Support the daily management of 4 social media platforms/accounts
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms
- Create simple, engaging Canva posts and carousels
- Support Reels and short-form video content
- Curate interesting stories, artists, creators and cultural moments for Homegrown
- Write and adapt captions, headlines and social copy
- Engage with our community through comments, replies and DMs everyday
- Conduct daily outreach to artists, creators, collaborators and communities
- Help maintain weekly social media calendars
- Track trends and bring interesting references and ideas to the team
- Support social amplification around Homegrown stories, events, music and campaigns
Who we’re looking for
Someone who is proactive, organised, curious, thinks on their feet and more importantly comfortable being online and engaged.
You should have a strong interest in contemporary culture, understand Instagram and social-first content, have basic Canva and video/Reels skills, and be comfortable communicating with people online.
