Full-time — Louder (Symphony), Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi
𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗿
Louder is a specialist in promoting art and culture. We showcase the talents of artists and develop audiences for their work, bringing multicultural art and culture to audiences everywhere. We’re primarily an events business — this role works closely with our founder across programming, commercial operations and executive administration to deliver Louder’s portfolio of live music, comedy and nightclub events across India, Australia, NZ, Singapore and beyond.
𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲
You’ll identify, develop and secure talent, and manage the relationships and logistics that turn a booking into a sold-out show — from first pitch through to post-event settlement. Much of the year is spent researching markets, budgeting, negotiating, and building the systems and formats that make the programme repeatable, so each show improves on the last rather than starting from scratch. You’re actively curious about culture, entertainment and new experiences, and bring that curiosity into how you shape the programme. Comfort with AI tools across the role’s functions is expected.
