SoundCloud has announced a partnership with Sony Corp for this year’s First On SoundCloud artist accelerator program. The collaboration aims to provide selected artists with unique opportunities to advance their careers. Specifically, Sony’s division specializing in audio devices and technologies is deeply involved in this venture.
The roster of artists participating in the program this year includes Wolfacejoeyy, DJ_Dave, Nitepunk, Sojabrat, and Sim0ne. These talented individuals are known for creating new and distinctive musical landscapes exclusively on SoundCloud.
As part of the program, the chosen artists will gain access to valuable benefits, such as personalized mentoring, early access to SoundCloud’s beta tools, and state-of-the-art Sony audio creation technologies. They will also receive marketing support and opportunities to perform at SoundCloud and Sony-hosted events, among other perks.
