About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior A&R with 4+ years of experience in the music industry. You will be responsible for discovering and nurturing emerging talent, helping shape artist strategies, and building strong relationships across the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Discover and nurture emerging music talent across genres.
Collaborate with the team on artist rollouts, launch campaigns, and label strategies.
Build and maintain meaningful relationships across the music industry with artists, labels, managers, and creative professionals.
Support the development of Homegrown’s artist roster with innovative ideas and market insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
4+ years of proven experience in A&R, artist management, or music scouting.
Deep passion for music discovery, independent artists, and new sounds.
Strong understanding of music marketing, label operations, and artist development.
Well-connected within the Indian music ecosystem and beyond.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced, culture-first environment where creativity drives success.
