About the Role
Saregama—one of India’s most iconic music labels—is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Artist & Repertoire (A&R) to work closely with a renowned celebrity engaged in writing, live shows, and media projects.
This role demands a creative, energetic, and proactive professional who can bring fresh ideas, manage multiple initiatives, and ensure seamless execution across music, media, and live performance domains. A true go-getter with a passion for the entertainment industry will thrive in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative concepts and content strategies aligned with the celebrity’s artistic vision and brand identity.
Plan and manage photo and video shoots, ensuring top-quality storytelling and visual consistency.
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners for live shows, content creation, and special brand collaborations.
Identify new growth opportunities—platforms, formats, and partnerships—to expand the artist’s reach and audience engagement.
Maintain and track a calendar of shoots, releases, and live events.
Drive end-to-end project execution—from ideation to delivery—with creativity, precision, and accountability.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong creative thinking and strategic planning skills.
In-depth understanding of the entertainment, music, and live performance industries.
Excellent coordination, multitasking, and communication abilities.
Ability to balance creative ideas with practical execution and timelines.
Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
