About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on salesperson who can run performance marketing end to end for a specialist music production and audio engineering school. You will manage Meta and Google Ads, handle bilingual counselling calls in English and Hindi, and convert enquiries into visits, applications, and enrolments for Abbey Road Institute Mumbai.
Responsibilities
• Own the admissions pipeline in HubSpot – speed to lead, disciplined follow ups, clean data.
• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta and Google Ads for lead generation and events for a vocational diploma audience.
• Build audiences, pixels, UTMs, and conversion goals – maintain a simple ROI and CPL tracker.
• Map the admissions calendar – board exam results, university timelines, festival periods – and align budgets, creatives, and messaging.
• Conduct discovery and counselling calls in English and Hindi – guide students and parents on fit, timelines, and payment plans.
• Nurture leads with WhatsApp and email sequences – FAQs, visit reminders, post visit follow ups.
• Drive events – Open Days and campus tours – promotion, registrations, show ups, and conversions inside 7 to 14 days.
• Keep website and landing pages current – offers, dates, FAQs – coordinate with the design and content team.
• Report weekly and monthly – CPL, CPA, contact rate, visit rate, application and enrolment rate, source wise conversion and drop offs.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene – statuses, notes, tasks, and deal stages always up to date.
What we’re looking for
• At least 3 to 6 years in education sector sales, preferably with vocational or diploma admissions experience.
• Deep, hands-on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads experience for education lead generation.
• Strong understanding of college student behaviour – discovery windows, decision triggers, parent concerns, and admission timelines.
• Fluent spoken English and Hindi – confident with both students and parents.
• Strong HubSpot user – contacts, deals, sequences, snippets, and dashboards.
• Comfortable using google workspace
• Working knowledge of analytics and attribution – GA goals and UTMs.
• Bias to action and comfort with weekly targets.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
